2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment 1/2 block from campus. Rent is $375 and includes hot water. Heat and stove are gas operated. Laundry and storage facililty is available in the basement. Located at 1604 N Pine St. AVAILABLE NOW. Deposit of $375. Pets are allowed with non refundable deposit.

I meant to get back to you on this.

The place sounds interesting, but I guess I don't understand what you mean by "includes hot water", other than, obviously, you get hot water. What utilities do you pay there?

And how would you want to handle the lease?

Includes hot water means that the waterheater is in the basement and the landlord pays for the gas/electric (not sure which it is) to heat your water.
We pay electric, gas ( hasn't been very expensive) and cable(if you get it).
