Hey folks. It's actualy more of a house. single bed room, living room, bath room, and kitchen. it's $250/month plus utilities. it's right on the other side of the part/rail road tracks. About a 5-10 min. walk to campus so pretty close. If your interested, please give me a call or e-mail. Thanks

its a very nice place for one person if you want to be loud and not annoy anyone or not want to be annoyed from neighbors like in an apartment.
