WTB LEDs

I'm looking to by 1 LED from sunLEDs but i was wondering if anyone has one its part number is XZBBA66W, also, i was wondering if anybody knows where to get them cheap online, i couldnt find a site. im probably retarted tho... thanks

that looks quite specificly designed. I have a bunch of 3mm and 0603smd leds but ive never even seen something like that

i just bought a logitech mx5000 keyboard, and im going to backlight the lcd it has. but given the space and power limitations, that led is the one that works the best.

You can't replace the LCD with one that's already backlit? Is it character or graphic?

no, ive looked for one, its a dot matrix display. the display i have has a lens already molded into the side for the light.

you could probably do the same with 0603s or other types of smd leds with a good hand and some patience
