Mine includes the box and everything that originally came with it plus a cloth pouch. Its in excellent condition with no scratches or blemishes.

You can use it to play mp3's or just use it as a tiny 5gb portable hard drive.

Why this is better than an ipod mini:
Its smaller, and has better battery life. Its battery is easily replaceable. It uses a standard usb mini port, so you don't have to buy expensive proprietary docking connectors. you can drag and drop stuff onto it so you don't have to use the motorola software if you don't want to.
