My roomate is saying bye to Rolla at the end of this semester, however my Australian Shepherd and I need to stay another year. I am looking for a roomate starting June 1; however if you want to move in during May that would be fine. One room in a duplex in the Northbrook subdivision on Old St James. It has a washer, dryer, cooking utensils, furniture. You would have a full bath attached to your room.

The rent is $275 a month + utilities
