I am looking for either a guy or girl that is in need of a place to live. It is a 3 bedroom apartment half a block away from the EE/Civil buildings, located in the apartments behind the Chi-Omega house.

1701 N. Pine St.

Rent is 185 + electric (which is usually 15-30 per person), water and trash are paid.

The lease runs from June 1 - December 31.
