Hey I'm looking for either a one bedroom apartment or a small house to live next year and I need some advice. Does anyone know someone I can go through besides Investment? Or where any good places would be? I probably won't have any roommates - plus I don't really want any - so I'm looking for somewhere cheap. I'm ok with crappy to an extent.
