My roommate is leaving me so I need to find a new one. I may be in Chicago in the fall, so if you decide to live with me, you might get the apartment all to yourself for 1/2 the rent (unless I can find 2 people for the Fall, I'll pay 1/2 the rent while I'm gone). I REALLY need a roommate for the fall. Rent is $350/month so that's $197.50/month for you no matter what.

What the apartment is like:
2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse (bedrooms and bath are on the second floor, living room, kitchen on the first).
Back patio (tiny, but good for bbq)
Utilities are around $50-$60 during the warmer months, get up to $100 during the winter months
LITERALLY RIGHT BEHIND CAMPUS. I could hit Civil if i threw a rock from my apartment.
