Hanging style loft with 2x4s to hold the box spring in TJ south and possibly the frames in north and chains to hang the bed frames in north. The boards that run across the ceiling are 2x6 and everything else is 2x4s. If it goes into a north tower room the ends of the frame tie into the closets, but they can also be cut off. The ladder swings down from the center. Random awesome quotes are included. We also have some Christmas lights that can go with it. Will possibly consider installing it for the purchasers next year at an additional fee. Stop by 864 for a better look. Asking around $100, but somewhat negotiable.
