Hey, my roommates are graduating and I'm trying to find 2 girls to take their spots. It's a really nice, newer duplex out by Forum and 72. I'll be graduating in December, so we could also do a shorter lease if preferred, or I'll just find someone to take my spot in December.

One bedroom has a walk-in closet and private bathroom. The other room shares a bathroom with me and has a huge closet. There's also garage space available, washer & dryer, and lots of storage room.

Also, the landlord let my roommate have a dog this year, so if you have a pet, that shouldn't be a problem
