So I'm only need two classes to graduate, and rather than take them here, I'm going to take them online. Thus, I am free to leave Rolla. This means that I will need to rent out my room for next semester since I'd rather not be a dick and leave my other roommates to cover my part of the rent. That's where you come in.

I'm asking if there's anyone looking for a room near campus to rent for next semester. The rent that you'll cover is $165/month + some utilities. I've been covering the internet (10 mb) for around $90 a month from Embarq (basic phone is bunded with it). That could either be transfered to your name or the name of one of my roommates. Also, the apartment is rented out by Joan Germer, NOT INVESTMENT. She's pretty easy to deal with and if the apartment has any problems, she'll send someone out to fix it pretty quick.

You'd share the 3 bed/1 bath apt with 2 other guys. The place is close to campus, only about a 5 minute walk. If you want a basic idea, it's just past the ZTA house.

The only downside of this place that I can think of is the train. It's right across the street, but my room is on the far side of the apartment, so it's not as loud as the other two rooms. And you do get used to it after a while. You might notice it when you're awake, but when you sleep it won't be an issue.

The room itself is pretty spacious. I have a queen sized bed, desk, tv stand, and three shelves/bookcases and still have plenty of walk around room.

Also, I want you to meet my roommates personally before you move in. I really want someone to move in here, but I dont want to do so at the expense of my roommates, leaving them with someone they don't know at all.
