What's wrong with a HD 5770 for about the same price? Unless you're going to be upgrading again in the near future for once DX11 games actually start coming out, why not go for it now?
And if that's the case, then go for the Sapphire Vapor-x version (stock oc'd a tiny bit, but mostly the cooling system-most bang for the buck for any card with DX11).

I got everything I needed, selling what I upgraded.
