I need a place to live next semester. Not looking to pay too much max around $400/mo. I do not want to live near anybody that cooks "exotic" foods all the time that stink the place up. The less bugs the better.

I am leaving in Spring. House about 3 miles from campus.
Rent= $174/month without utilities.
House has three other room-mates.
