Ok, i've been being bombarded with pop-ups lately, and i'm pretty sure its the fault of some spyware lurking on my computer. I ran adaware and it removed a considerable amount of files, but i still have the problem. I was wondering if any of you could recommend some other spyware removal programs, that are legitimate and dont install their own spyware as well. Thanks for any help

yeah...spybot and adaware catch pretty much everthing. Never had a problem with spyware when having both.

Spyware sucks.

Yeah I agree that using Spybot S&D and Ad-aware together is probably your best bet. Both of them will catch a few things that the other misses. Spybot S&D also includes a few extra features besides the basic scan, which Ad-aware makes you buy the full version for, but Ad-aware's basic scan is more in-depth.

Likewise, no problems here when using both. I'd say to go for that.
