Does anyone know if this was ever released on an album? I can't find hardly any info on the Urge now that they've broken up.

I honestly don't know. Check out http://www.ptmfus.com it is the urge site, join the forums there and post your question. Those guys seem to know everything. In case some of you didn't know, ptmfus stands for Play That Mother-Fucking Urge Shit. Check out that site, they really do know everything.
