There will also be a large LAN on January 12-14, 2007. The last large LAN had LoSt-CaUsE, Fatal1ty, ERMAC, and CS team Toysoldiers.

unless if toysoldiers needs me for a fifth, I'm most likely not going to attend WF. Laclede's LAN has pretty much turned me off to LANs in STL.

ya, Warfactory LANs are teh best. Im not sure about the Fatal1ty goin to the last large lan. I never heard that.

yeah, he was there, he was even on the finals match for Q4 which was broadcasted in the Omnimax (and my team's final match broadcasted shortly after)

I've never gone to a Laclede's LAN...Warfactory is usually decent except they make some poor decisions on rules for tournaments, game selection, etc in my opinion.

Edit: Oh, their "No Frills" lans I think are the ones without any tournaments. You might replace "frills" with "skills"? It's fun to go to if you have a group of guys to play 4v4 Q3 CTF with all day

yeah, it's a "No Frills" LAN, which means no-one of any importance is going to show up. No tournament money means no interest from the competative community. They've been trying to run these "No Skills" lans for years now, and each one is a flop, but the new "leader" of WF is painfully stubborn.

Who is the new leader?

well, I say "new" as in the past few years, killdashnine, but the origional head guy was Topher, he was pretty cool.
