He's just some crazy Islamic fundamentalist with a grudge against the US. Although, he's completely correct in assuming that the world's economy would be destroyed if the US simply ceased to exist.

But I don't see how this guy can say that Allah is going to wipe the white man out because of the crimes against Native Americans and blacks.

What about ancient Egypt and the Jewish slaves?

What about the holocaust?

What about the Rape of Nanking?

What about the genocide of Kurds in Northern Iraq?

What about the fatwas or jihads against innocent civilians in the middle east?

What about the killing fields of Indonesia?

What about the genocides in many African (some Muslim) nations?

The list goes on, and besides, what scale of earthquake would it require for the entire United States to "drown in the sea"? There's no way that an earthquake of such magnitude would only affect the US and not the entire Western hemisphere.
