Eventually. Takes 3 or so years for a game to go from Japan to the US. At least from what I've seen

Only a Working Designs localization would take that long, and that's only because its a one man show over there now...localization typically takes 1 year at most now.

As far as Advent Children, all I can do is echo guru's statements.
