I read the news that is previewed on the front page of seek, and it pissed me off. the stupid woman ran from her wedding, and claimed she was kidnapped.

I cant believe her. She wasted eveyone's time and money. There were people looking for her when they could have been helping people who have actually been kidnapped.

Gosh, if you are going to run away a few days before your wedding, maybe you should have rethought your answer when he popped the ring out. This woman needs to be tried for something. This kinda shit should be sue-able or something.

It's true that she should have re-thought her answer. But, they weren't married yet, and until it actually is done, either parties (bride or groom) can decide not to.

It's true that the ordeal wasted resources, and that most people would create as large of a stink if someone they loved came up missing and had a 911 call, she should have known it. But even the people related to that made public statements that they were not bitter about the situation and that she had issues that were important. The fact that it made it onto CNN was not her fault.

I think your condemnation of her is unfounded.
