With all the best/worst movie discussion, I wanted to know which tv shows are your favorites / least favorites. I am very bored.

Favorite shows:
The Daily Show
X-Files
South Park
Whose Line Is it Anyway?
Home Improvement and I don't know why
Northern Exposure (not exactly current)

Favorite British Comedy TV that sometimes PBS or BBC America is kind enough to air:
Are You Being Served?
Black Adder
Mr. Bean

Least favorite:
Most of the numerous crime/legal dramas
24 hour news networks, most of the time
Fear Factor (makes me feel like puking)
Actually, most reality shows, but I can tolerate American Idol if it's the awful singer episodes.

I am watching just about anything on FX (rescue me, over there, starved, always sunny in philly), stargate sg-1, and trailer park boys.

Seinfeld is hands down the best tv show ever.

I'd say Family Guy is better than Seinfield.

I'll just say that this is wrong and leave it at that. I shouldn't get embroiled in this discussion.

However, I will add a list (not comprehensive):

Square One
Monty Python's Flying Circus
Fawlty Towers
The Dick Van Dyke Show
All in the Family
24, though I never get to watch it
pick a Star Trek. Probably TNG, though I love the camp of the original
[if I were a little younger, I would've put The Andy Griffith Show in here somewhere]
[I would probably have also listed Bill Nye the Science Guy]

and of course:
The Daily Show
South Park

Currently I'm loving the whole block on Comedy Central of Daily Show, Too Late with Adam Corrolla and Mind of Mencia. Other than that, Everyone Loves Raymond and South Park with 24 and House if I can remember to watch them.

that show isn't funny at all. it sucks like being trapped in an attic in New Orleans. in fact, given the volume of the golf-clapping studio audience, it might be filmed in one of those attics. i can only hope their death will be swift and gruesome and finally provide a reason to tune in.

Hah, well put. I guess I'll have to admit that I am predisposed to liking Adam from some of his early work. I just love his rants, but when he starts interviewing people, you're right. And his episodic skit content is weak as well. But I so love his rants.... and will continue to tune in for them.

I love Family Guy, Seinfeld, The OC, (as corny as it is, it's addicting), Futurama, Drawn Together, South Park, King of the Hill, Home Improvement (which was all I watched this summer), Mind of Mencia and VH1's 'Best Of' shows.

I dislike MTV shows including Andy Milenakis (or however you spell his lame ass name), Room Raiders, Date My Mom, and Next. I've always hated Mash and ironically enough I just flipped through and the theme song was playing. Ick.
