I saw those pics on some ipod blog. Are they both the "nano" or just development pictures before the release?
From my understanding, they were mock-ups done a long time ago by people, and when iPod Nano rumors surfaced a few weeks ago, some people photoshopped those to add all of the Nano branding and claimed that was the Nano. They were wrong, obviously.

Yeah, I'm real elitist for wanting flac support. Or, I just backed up my entire cd collection to FLAC, and use Vorbis for my portables because you get better sound in a smaller size than mp3, and both formats are open source. Not to mention the fact that nearly every player out there (not just the ipod) kills albums that are meant to be listened to in one chunk (live, trance, classical, etc, etc, etc).
Yeah apple sucks, screw apple. its not like they are any good. their software has no viruses, i personally love viruses. how could you play Dr. Mario without viruses. And no spyware, no one else can use your computer for crap, doesn't sharing make the world go round. And Macs make everything so easy, those lazy punks dont have to read 100 pages of crap in order to do anything. And they are all pretty and white, screw that.

oo PCs suck i hate PCs. man with apple its so easy to upgrade, get in the car, with ample amount of money, and go buy the next quasi-ergonomic design with that little bit bigger HD and more Ram you were looking for. all you PC guys have to use screwdrivers and complicated shit like that
