hey just got a new phone and tryin to move some music over for ringtones, but i don't have a program to edit the parts of the song i want. anyone know of a program for this? lookin for somethin i can get for free if possible.

well what can your phone play?

midi, mp3 or other file types.

for midi files, you can find a lot online, if you want to shorten mp3 files you can use adobe audition, its pretty straight forward

adobe premiere can actually export the audio tracks also and can do the same as audition as far as basic functions

i've got a program that can convert the files so i can play them on my phone just needed a program that would be able to cut the part of the song out that i wanted. so i didn't end up with just the beginning of the song
