So I finally had the chance to listen to the taproot album Blue Sky Research =\. I was a taproot fan when Gift first came out, so their older work has grown on me alot more than their more current "sound". I'm personally disappointed, I can only name 3 songs on this album that I *like* the rest just kind of sounds the same. Anyways, what do the rest of you think of this album?

yeah, new taproot is total garbage. I thought it was because I'm not really into that type of music anymore, but apparently everyone thinks its garbage.

I used to be really into them 6-7 years ago when Something More Than Nothing first came out. In fact, I think that cd was the first cd I ever downloaded.

I think "Calling" is pretty kickass. More rock bands need to learn how to use harmony like that.

I was very dissapointed by this cd. Gift and Welcome were both great. It seems as though they got too soft. I should've dl'd it...what a waste of $10...

Taproot is opening for Chevelle next Thursday at the Pagent tickets are $22 each.
