Why should a private company be forced to supply disabled Access?

No. Nor should the government subsidize any changes that a business makes to accomidate someone with a handicap.

It is a private company, but they are considered publicly accessable. If it were something like sams club where you have to be a member to even walk in the door I am not sure.

But, I think that no, it shouldn't be required. If they want to piss off the handicapped people AND the public, so be it, but they shouldn't be FORCED to provide a service to certain people.
