Flash adds can go to hell, I definitely had to uninstall flash today so I could get around rate my professors without annoying at&t ads coming at me in stereo. Does anyone know if you can disable plugins on a per site basis?

I belive opera lets you do that. Least it has some pretty good per site options/preferences. If you are using firefox, you can use a flashblock plugin.
