My current Roommate is moving out in January & I need a new one.

It is a very nice house and what you get is wonderful for the price compared to all the crappy places to live in Rolla. Plus, it's NOT Investment Reality

The house is 2 bedroom, livingroom, basement (unfinished), Kitchen/dining area, and a decent sized bathroom. This included off the street parking, and a garage. Rent is $525 a month plus utilities (divided by 2). Gas heat & stove, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer included. There is plenty of storage in the basement, and separate medicine cabinets in the bathroom.

I am looking for a clean, open minded person. I prefer a college student that will stay at least until April when my lease is up. After that, rent is just on a monthly basis, and I plan to stay until August.
