4/5 Bedroom house about 4 blocks from campus, just south of Lee's chicken.
Right now we will have the entire upstairs available, we are looking for one, maybe two roomates. Rent is $200/month for 1 person, $175 if two people move in, plus share of utilities.
Currently 2 males living downstairs and one female who currently occupies the upstairs. Her lease is over and is moving out in December, leaving the upstairs open (2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom)
You get everything upstairs, we never go up there anyway.

Other than that, we have:
-basic cable and 1.5 Mbit internet
-Washer and Dryer
-2 garages
-sunroom
-Gas heat and electric A/C

Ideal persons would be:
-laid back
-clean up after themselves
-shower at least bi-daily
-financially responsible (at least with regard to paying bills on time)
-respectful
-honest

About two guys living here, we're both ME majors, im a Sr, roomate is a soph. we meet all of the above criteria, so we're just looking for someone we can get along with, and if you meet those, should be fine I think.

So I know this won't help you now, but after spring semester I'm looking for a house to stay in hopefully until I'm done with school. Maybe sooner if I can figure out how to get kicked out of the dorms but not the school... I've got a buddy who is going to be looking for a place too.
