basically cost me 80..and if I send it back i got to pay $10 shipping and 15% restocking fee.. so instead of ending up getting back like 50-60 i am gonna see if anyone wants to purchase for 70 on seek..

your total loss comes to less than 20 bucks. you aren't going to get $60 bucks here, its in your own interest to find somewhere else to sell it, ie ebay, or just to bite the bullet and return it.
