Would anybody have any idea why Minermail won't open for me in IE anymore? It just keeps saying Page Not Found, but works fine when I go to it in Firefox. I've cleared the cookies and everything in case there was something in there, but it hasn't done anything. It's worked for since I've been here, just started acting up yesterday. Since I can open it in Firefox, it's not really a big deal, but the format is different for me depending on the browser and I just prefer IE's.

Is it possible you have the wrong password saved or the wrong URL bookmarked?

I had the opposite problem. Needed to delete Firefox completely and can only use IE.

Even IT said that my computer hated Firefox, but had no idea why.

Your computer hates firefox? What version were you using, and what exactly was it doing?

I find that when perfectly good programs start malfunctioning through no fault or error of their own, Windows is utterly the source of the error.

I call this Windows-Menopause, or "Windopause" for short.

When this happens, I know its time to take that installation out back and shoot it in the head. Then i reinstall, and everything works fairly normally, until the computer goes through Windopause again.

C:\Documents and Settings\(your user name)\Application Data\Mozilla <- delete that folder. Reinstall Firefox 2.0. Enjoy.

I'm so glad I kicked the Windows habit.

I upgraded her to 2.0, and her computer basically went on the fritz. IT told her to uninstall it, she did, and didn't have anymore problems. I dunno.
