We have a room for rent next semester. Rent is $160/month + 1/5 utilities. About 4 mins. walking from campus. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, full laundry, living room, dining/pong room, kitchen, party style basement. House has 4 people currently living there, 1 girl and 3 guys, with lots of frequent visitors. Only 2 of the people who will be living there next semester lived there this semester, so don't worry about being the newbie.

The ideal person would be laidback and good about paying bills on time. Some cleanliness would be appreciated as well as a good no-food-mooching ethic. Girls or guys are OK. Pets and smoking are OK. Are you still looking for another roommate next semester? I'm looking for a place closer to campus and a little cheaper than where I'm at now. I do have a dog, but she's housetrained and all that jazz.

Yes we do still need people to live with us. The dog should be ok as our last dog just moved out with his owner. We have a good sized backyard, and there is a broken down dog kennel in the backyard that we might be able to fix if you want. The house is a mess right now, so I want to clean before people start coming over to see it. Plus some people still need to move completely out. When did you want to move by? You should be able to come see the house early next week, I just want the weekend to clean.
