They should post date and time of said throwing. Then we could all watch.

I wouldn't mind destroying said item, but I think I'd scrounge some parts out of it first. Probably good for some capacitors, transformer, buttons etc.

That's what crappy screwdrivers are for. I've got several big straightheads with pits in the steel from doing that. Plus I've lost count of the times I've gotten electric burn and/or blew the breaker. Let's just say my loft has an emergency power disconnect and it's GFCI protected.
