I rent with investment realty right now, and they suck. Hard. I was wondering if anyone has a cool landlord, or knows of any place that is opening up by june? I am looking for something liveable in the $300 range, and hopefully somewhere that will allow my cat. If anyone knows anything please email me, I would really appreciate it.

Our landlord (Dale) is awesome.... I know he owns a bunch of stuff on 17th street. I don't have his info handy as of now though.

I'm renting from Chris Blair, and he's pretty good. Just fear if he says Bob is going to do work; you'll be lucky to have the most basic job done in 2 months.

Same. The ceiling in our house was fucked up, took Bob awhile to get around to it. But other than that, no complaints at all

I third Dale - we've rented through him the past two years, next year will make the third.

Had a couple problems (water heater, fridge) and they've all been fixed very fast.

He's a nice guy, seems to genuinely care, and has some pretty decent places.
