Well, not for sale. But he will be moving out here at the semester in fall. He is an awesome guy, we just thought he was graduating this spring.

Things he needs.

1. Close to campus, he rides a bike, so nothing too far out.

Things he brings to the table

1. He cooks. He is italian, makes some mean pizza and pasta
2. He cleans. He likes the place to be clean, yeah he may say something, but he will clean up also.
3. HE FUCKING ITALIAN. The ladies seem to love that fact.
4. He is an awesome guy.

I concur with the descriptions of their Italian roomie, he is a great guy. He owns a Ducati 999R too, nuff said.
