This is a double roomed loft - I currently own it on 7th floor, so its a bit higher than most of the other rooms, it can be cut down.

It comes in individual parts that can all be put together somewhat like a puzzle, all labeled.

4 legs, 2 on each side of the room, and an overhang, room for 2 beds on each side of the room. Frees up a LOT of space under both sides.

It took me about 150 to build.. so Ill say around 100 is good, ... give or take a few.
