I'm looking for 4th person for my house for the Fall and Spring semesters and possibly even this summer.

It's a block north of Multi-Purpose, so the walk to campus isn't bad at all. Whoever moves in will pay 1/4 of the bills (approximately $275/month which covers utilities) as well as 1/4 (about $200) of the depsoits since this is a new rental.
