I'm renting my apartment for this summer and/or fall (your choice) since I'll be on a co-op.
My apartment is 1204 N. Pine Street Apt #8. The building says "STUDENT HOUSING" on it. Save time, hassle, and a lot of gas money by walking to classes! It's closer than the dorms!
It consists of 2 furnished rooms (dehumidifier also included) with 2 doors to the hallway, so it can house 1 or 2 people comfortably. $395/month covers all utilities except cable, internet, and phone. The price is negotiable if that's a huge problem! It also has a kitchen, bathroom, and closet.
The apartment has cinder block walls, so it's very quiet!!!! It's on the end of the building, so there's one less neighbor right by you--and you have 2 extra windows!
I'd hate to hijack this thread, but I used to live at 1204.
As a fair warning to whomever moves into that place: I hope you like roaches because that place is INFESTED with them. It won't matter how often you clean or spray, your neighbors will make sure to keep their apartments dirty enough for the roaches to come back. Also since Investment owns the place, you can kiss your deposit goodbye.
Other than that, it's a good place to live, it is extremely convenient to be able to roll out of bed at 7:50 and be in class by 7:55 (as long as you shower the night before). Also the bedrooms are HUUUGE, so if you have a lot of crap, you'll be able to find space for it. My bedroom had 1 bed, 2 desks, 1 couch, a couple of computers and a bunch of other crap.

I have an electronic bug repellent. It works awesomely! I used to see a bug a day (even when they sprayed!), but now, I've only seen one in over 3 weeks! This thing rocks! Take that you roaches!!!
One guy all the way down the hall from me has trash piled a little over 2/3 of the way to the ceiling....he has bugs... BUT I DON'T!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
How about $245/month during the summer? That includes UTILITIES and a SUPER CONVENIENT location! I'll take a $150/month hit just to get someone moved in for the summer! Other apartments may be small, one room closets that advertise low prices since they don't include utilities, and they might be far from campus...This deal rocks!
If you rent my apartment for $245/month in the summer, I'll reduce the fall rate as well! How about it? Excellent apartment at the best location and best price! I'll even be like a car commercial: If you can find a better deal, I'll try to beat it!!!
Ok, all I need now is someone to rent this for the fall! I'll rent it out for $350/month in the fall. One or two people could live here!! Call me at 314-397-3937 or e-mail me at Adia_Systems@hotmail.com
Thank you, and here's my address:
