It's the blue sega game gear, pile of 10 games listed in a lower post, external battery, ac adapter, screen magnifier, carrying case, game genie, TV tuner, other stuff I'm sure.

With Wired Remote, a few blank MDs, a few not-so-blank MDs, internal battery, charger, External AA battery adapter, etc. Make an offer.

I found a tutorial through google, fire up a search. As I recall, it was about a day-long process.
