Need a place to live in Rolla over the summer?

We need a group of two or three people to take our condo in June. The lease expires at the end of July, but you're welcome to renew it for yourselves if you want. This is a GREAT place, and I really enjoyed my time here.

Rent is $800/month, so between three people that's ~$267. If I can only find two people to take over in June, my current roommate and I will cover the remaining third until the end of July, meaning you STILL only pay $267 per person!

- Two full bathrooms (One in the master bed, one in hallway)

* Electric oven
* Dishwasher
- Living/dining room
- A/C and electric heating
- Two ceiling fans (one in master bed, one in living room)
- Small deck (condo is located on the second floor)
- Two miles from campus (<5 minute drive)


We have three people here running four computers almost constantly, and utilities are usually between $100 and $140 each month.
