So, I guess there is some kid in his car threatening to kill himself in the TJ parking lot.

He is under my window, I guess he has a pistol and a shotgun, or that is the word on the street.

EDIT: Well his name is Will, and he might have a rifle.

EDIT EDIT: Well, the "Phelps County Hostage Negotiator"(we have one of those?) is here, but now they are talking via phone, so no eavesdropping

And final update, he gave up peacefully after about 2 hours of being in a car.
