What does everyone think of it since its a lot different from their first album. I personally enjoy it even though it was not what I was expecting at all.
I think the songs are hit or miss. I do like a decent amount but some are just like "Seriously...?" They've definitely switched styles which was a brave move, but I think some of them are too dramatic of a switch.
They went from Panic! to Panic... and in doing so started sounding like The Killers in Sam's Town. I still like it, it just wasn't what I expected based on the first album... it's more mellow and less electronic.

It's not what i want to hear at all when i put in Panic! so i guess you could say i'm a little peeved. There are already a lot of bands doing that sound, and it doesn't seem like they're bringing anything to it. So i have to say i like the old ! better.

3 pwn3d possters in a row.
but I kinda feel like they went with what they thought people liked. Panic! was different, now they are very generic. But overall, I do like the sound.

Breaking the trend of pwnd posters and train of thought:
I think Panic! was the dance child of Fall Out Boy and hardly anything more. Very fun to listen to, but about as deep as a puddle.
I would say that their new sound is a cool throwback to a beatles-esque era of music. It's a little wonky at times, and the obsession with the moon is strange. Overall though, I would say the sound has improved. What I'm really hoping is they drop the fgt fairy act on stage and become a little bit more serious in their music.

It took a little longer than expected to actually get around to listening to the CD.
Aside from a few songs, I actually enjoy the CD. More than their debut, at least. Not quite so wonky, either, but there's still plenty to like. It's hella catchy, too, even if it does come off as a little egocentric sometimes.

I have to say, though... I love "Mad as Rabbits." The intro is a little off, but once it picks up, it gets good, as opposed to other songs that kind of spiral away after the intro (See: "Do You Know What I'm Seeing?" I don't give a damn about you not giving a damn about the weather, thank you very much).

I'm just writing it as I see it. It's not my fault that you listen to music that's geared towards 14 year old girls.
Please be a little bit more analytical than simply saying it's geared toward 14 year old girls. I'm sick of people saying music sucks because they don't like the genre. It's simple: don't listen to it and don't participate in conversation about it. Music doesn't suck because you don't like it. Simple as that.
