So after 3 wonderful fun-filled years of dorm living I (and a mess of others) will be moving off campus. I've talked to rolla-rentals already and they don't sound like they want to talk about the fall until June, while another group I know is preparing to sign a lease for fall in a week or two.
When does this charade of touring places and signing leases typically begin then? And can anyone recommend other decent renters, especially those who rent out multi-unit complexes?
inb4 screw I.R. and offcampus ftw

yeah, they do rolla rentals right? the lady I've been talking to said they don't scout out new tenants until June, which I found strange. I thought people started looking way earlier than that.

Basically my experience has been that everyone but investment waits until around then. Investment starts allowing leases for next year on March 5th or right around there.
You should start at least scouting out places very soon. Also, if you're a neat-freak or like things your way I would recommend only have a few roommates, tops.
I wouldn't go with A&M Realty, we had them before and they majorly screwed us out of nearly a quarter of our deposit for pretty much no reason.

The word "bi-partisan" usually means some larger-than-usual deception is being carried out.
The A-Frames across from Collegiate seem well suited for one person living - Worsely lived in one for a while. You definitely have to pay a bit more than you would to have roommates though.

Yeah, Brown is good. I would recommend talking to Donna Lane. They will only let you sign a lease for a couple weeks into the future. You can go tour their places now and in May or June you can actually figure out which unit is available, cause it will be identical to the others.
