Can someone repair a itouch for me? I need the headphone jack replaced and solder into place.

Sweet, thanks guys. I can take it apart also. In fact, that is how I lost the left channel (the right channel was working until I opened it and bent the ribbon cable messing around in there). Been googling a replacement jack, but haven't had much luck. Any ideas?

LB, what kind of soldering gun do you use? I have a cheap-o Radioshack edition non-adjustable probe and it eats tips like a fat kid in a candy store after he killed the owner.

I was wondering if you had a better one, or knew where I might find one.
