The purpose of crime alert bulletins is to inform campus citizens of incidents or activities occurring in the community which may pose a threat to their safety and security.

During the investigation of a previous report of a sexual assault (see Crime Alert 08-6), another report of a sexual assault (sodomy) was made by a second individual involving the same suspect. The assault was reported to have occurred three or four months ago at a fraternity located on north Pine Street.

A person commits the crime of sexual assault if (s)he has sexual intercourse with another person knowing that (s)he does so without that person's consent. This includes victims compiling with the sex act due to fear of injury, having intercourse with someone who is unable to say yes, or having intercourse with someone who says no.

This incident is being investigated by the University Police Department.

I still don't see how their description of the crime isn't rape

The weird thing is that KD is the only sorority with a house on campus, ZTA and Chi O are fraternities by establishment.

sry i havent been on in god knows how long and trying to get updated with whats been going on. besides that if something is going on at one of the houses with one or more individuals im sure that id would be a good idea to know. whether its to protect the few women that we have in rolla or to keep men from getting violated. whichever being the target of the assailant.
