This is for all of you who are looking to upgrade or build a new computer, don't get the GTS250. nVidia basically had a lot of extra G92 parts and just rebranded the 9800GTX+ into a GTS250 and are now charging more for it. They ONLY differences are that it uses about 10 fewer max watts, and its like an inch shorter. There are absolutely no differences in performance whatsoever. They have the same memory bus, same process (55nm), same # of shader procs (128), and same clocks (except for factory OC'd versions)
ehh. actually the 250s are a little cheaper in all but a few cases of the fringe brands. you can get the 250 1gb card for the price that the 9800gtx+'s have been sitting at for the 512 version.
a significant difference depending on your case setup is that it now requires only 1x 6-pin connector which can help if wanting to run sli and such.
