Hey guys, my wife and I are moving back to St. Louis the day after graduation and would like someone to pick up our lease. We live in Lexington Place apartments down Vichy Rd., not too far from campus. The apartments are brand new (still constructing some of them). They are 2 bedroom, 1 bath, all electric, and come with a washer and dryer, dish washer, and all other normal appliances. Central heat/ac as well. The price is $475 a month, and it's through Brown Properties (not Investment Realty). They have been great landlords and are very quick to respond to problems.
