I have a friend that had his wii sabotaged by a 2 year old. Some cards and game pieces were stuffed into the drive. It was taken apart and I think all the oieces were taken out but now it will not read a disk.

I'd offer to help but you said it was already taken apart. Without seeing it, I'd guess it has a damaged drive, put back together wrong or needs the laser pot tweaked.

If it wasn't already taken apart, where I could see everything that happened to it I'd take a look. I could have also kept the warranty in place and you could have sent it off to get fixed if the drives bad. Passing this info along may help you out though. Best of Luck

well by taken apart i mean the face plate was taken off.

ya me or worseley could do it, I misplaced my triwing screwdriver so I would have to borrow one from him anyway
