I am upgrading my 360's harddrive, but I don't have the transfer cable that makes this process so much easier. Does anyone have one I could borrow for a few hours?

I have one I think. I'll have to look around but I'll let you guys know if I find it. However, I am not sure if it can be used again. I thought that I read somewhere that once it is used once it is no good. Not 100% sure on that though.

The instructions say that the transfer can only be completed once because when it does the transfer, it wipes the host drive. You can't transfer again to another new harddrive because your old one is completely blank.

The cable, however, should be just fine.

If that is the case, yes I do have one that you all can borrow. I'll be in town tomorrow for work so give me a call around 3:30. I can drop it off anywhere in town. One thing though, I don't have the disc that was with it any longer I believe. I'll just drop it off with you on Friday and I can pick it up Monday so you don't have to be in a rush. My number is 573-772-0015. If I don't answer I may have had to stay a little over at work but I'll call you back.

Well, crap. The cable is pretty useless if you don't have the driver support disk with it. As far as I know, both are necessary for a successful transfer. I've already manually and painfully transferred my stuff with internal memory, and LOTS of reboots, and LOTS of re-downloads, so I don't need the cable so much anymore. Anyone else, though, is probably f'ed.

Also, Anyone know how to get Hexic HD to move, or redownload it? It isn't available on XBOX Live, and for whatever reason is listed as unmovable content on my harddrive. I love the game, and want to keep it, but I'm stuck.

Any thoughts?
