The place to sign up. It wasn't immediately obvious to me, partially because I think I skimmed the page too fast, and also because I am lazy. I started to think that I had to sign up through a S&T site link or something, and google seems to have trouble with S&T sites because for some reason there are more PDFs than webpages in the S&T webspace, and it makes finding the page you are looking for a bitch.

Like I said, though, after retracing my steps, I found what I had previously missed, but not in time to delete this thread. Oh well.
