There are 5 rooms availible for rent. It is a 6 room "condo" type thing and is part of a triplex. The total cost per month is $600 plus utilities and TV (if you want TV, I don't have it now). I haven't had utilities above 200 total for the month.
It has 1.5 kitchens, 3 baths (1 is connected to the "master bed"), a large study room, a large living room and a dining area. The study room has a large desk and white board and is big enough to easily handle group meetings. The appartment has a refrigerater, oven, microwave, dish washer, and clothes washer and dryer.
It is as close as TJ from campus.
You can move in as early as the end of May.
I will be living here (my GF will be here often too) and I am usually pretty quiet and I keep to myself.
