any one know of a White Pages type thing on the internet so I can find someone's phone number and/or address. I found something but it wanted me to give them money and that's no good.

use http://www.anywho.com. its the handiest thing for finding numbers and its free. Also if you know the phone number, but have no name, they can find the name too.
